The long awaited Malanga Café is finally open. Melissa Vias, owner of Pinecrest's newest restaurant is thrilled that after 6 months of much anticipation her dream came true. She is thrilled to bring a piece of the traditional Cuban cuisine to the Village of Pinecrest.

Malanga is an example of a very old tradition derived from our Spanish and Cuban ancestors. We have no secret recipe. What we have is a beautiful place where people come to talk, eat and drink.
